Astra has recently begun its new strategy for its engineers' Nihonggo training. Our firm has now regularized the Nihonggo training, employing in-house instructors who would provide regular Nihonggo classes in preparation for the worldwide once-a-year Japanese Language Proficiency Exam (JLPT) to be held this coming December. Since its inception, Astra had provided Nihonggo training to its engineers from university instructors who give classes in the company. The shift in strategy to employ full-time and part-time in-house instructors shows Astra's commitment to provide solid language training to its engineers in addition to their software engineering skills.
