DCS InventoryMaster™  is a unique Inventory & Production Management System for Discrete or Process-oriented manufacturing companies. Catering for 3 types of inventory management in a manufacturing environment, DCS InventoryMaster™ comprises 3 main modules, namely (1) Raw Material Module: RM (2) Work-In Progress Module: WIP (3) Finished Goods Module: FG and 1 supplemental module (4) Data Warehouse Module.DCS InventoryMaster™ is designed in such matter that any one of the 3 main modules can be implemented according to user requirement.

1. RM: Raw Material Module   RM Module supports effective streamline flow of Raw Material from receiving, Put-away, Picking and issuance to production. RM Module is able to control FIFO (First-In First-Out) Picking Method.     2. WIP: Work-In-Progress Module   WIP Module is designed to compile all kinds of production related data for comprehensive production control. By using the wireless type Barcode handy terminal and accurate property information is collected on real-time.     3. FG: Finished Goods Module   FG Module increases the overall operational efficiency in Finished Goods Inventory Management. FG Module is suitable not only for manufacturing warehouse environment but also for logistic warehouse or sales & distribution warehouse environment.     4. DW: Data Warehouse Module   DW is Consolidation of Inventory Data in Multi-Warehouse or Multi-Plant or Multi-Module Environment. DW is able to provide Inquiry for Inventory Related Information and Inquiry for Traceability Related Information (FG – WIP – RM)
